Full Court Press for Sickle Cell Basketball Tournament Fundraiser

The UNC Comprehensive Sickle Cell Program provides medical care to over 1000 North Carolinians living with Sickle Cell Disease. UNC also supports UNC Project Malawi. Severe SCD still limits lifespan by 20 years or more. Sickle Cell Disease primarily impacts Black Americans and has historically been under-funded, under-researched, and under-treated due to systemic racial disparities.

We are hoping for a brighter future for patients with SCD, and we need your help. The UNC Comprehensive Sickle Cell Program is raising money to benefit the Malawi Sickle Cell Clinic and Pediatric to Adult Transition programs in our North Carolina clinics. Please consider joining us at our "Full Court Press for Sickle Cell" Basketball Tournament Fundraiser on 9/23/23 at Ernie Williamson Athletic Center: 450 Skippers Bowles Dr. Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
