  • When and where is the event taking place?
    • The event is scheduled for Friday, February 23rd from 6:00 - 10:00 pm at The Durham Cookery (1101 W Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701)
  • Where should I park?
    • Free valet and self-serve parking will be available at the time of the event.
  • Is there a dress code for the event?
    • The dress code for the evening is business casual.
  • Will food and drinks be provided?
    • Yes, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and an open beer/wine bar in the first 1.5 hours are included in the purchase of your ticket. Cash bar available after that time.
  • Can I make a donation even if I can't attend the event?
    • Yes! We encourage you to donate directly through our event site or our website.
  • Is there an entry fee for the event?
    • Yes, you need to purchase a ticket ahead of time. No tickets will be sold at the door.
  • How can I learn more about the FIT Program?
  • Will there be any entertainment or guest speakers?
    • Yes, the event will feature a DJ and presentations from FIT community health workers and staff.
  • Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
  • Can I get a refund for my ticket if I am unable to attend?
    • Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your ticket purchase will still contribute to our fundraising efforts.
