Scott Anderson headshotScott Anderson, MBA 1991, serves as the Head of Investment Banking for KBW and is based in the firm's New York headquarters. He has been with the firm since 2000 and prior to his current position, he was Co-Head of Depository Investment Banking. He is a Director at KBW and Chairman of the firm's Investment Banking Executive Committee. KBW's investment banking team is one of the largest industry efforts on Wall Street and routinely ranks at the top of the advisory and capital-raising league tables.

In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, Scott covers depositories for the firm and is responsible for strategic advisory assignments including M&A and capital markets transactions. Scott holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a frequent lecturer at industry events, as well as at his alma maters.

Michael Chen headshotMichael Chen, MBA 2003, serves as managing director, head of capital markets and investor relations, with primary responsibility for developing and executing Madison's fundraising strategy and serving as liaison with the investor community.

Chen has over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and maintains an extensive network of global investors. During his tenure at Madison, He has been responsible for over $6 billion of equity raised for Madison's sponsored vehicles. Prior to joining Madison in 2014, he spent four years at Paramount Group, Inc., a vertically integrated, class A office owner/ operator, focused on New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. As co-head of the Capital Markets department, he was responsible for developing and executing Paramount's global fundraising strategy.

Prior to that, Chen was an executive director in J.P. Morgan's real estate and lodging investments banking group and worked in both the New York and London offices from 2003 to 2010. He also held various financial positions with Marriott International and Crestline Capital prior to 2003.

In addition to being an active member of various global private real estate organizations including the Association for International Real Estate Investors (AFIRE), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real estate Vehicles (INREV), Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) and Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI), he is a current Editorial Board Member of IREI Americas, a former due diligence committee member of INREV and a member of the International Affinity Group of PREA.

He graduated with a BA from University of Michigan and received an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler.

Cami Rice headshotCami Rice, MBA 2003, jointly oversees the Human Capital Management (HCM) division, focusing on fostering the Firm's strong brand and culture while enhancing the employee experience. The organization drives the human capital strategy to attract, develop, performance manage, reward, and retain a talented, globally distributed workforce. She is also a member of the Firm's Management Committee.

With 24 years on Wall Street, Cami is a seasoned, diversely skilled senior executive with extensive experience in global business areas, including Markets, Client Strategy, Research, Management, and Human Capital. She most recently led Human Capital Management globally for ISG and Morgan Stanley's International businesses.

Cami is a trusted and valued partner to business leaders worldwide, creating and implementing strategies to grow revenues in a cost-effective way while managing risk. Cami's exceptional track record of achievements showcases her solution-focused approach to execution as well as her versatility and ability to integrate, structure, influence and motivate teams.

Previously, Cami served as the Global Chief Administration Officer for ISG. She was responsible for operational efficiency and strategic execution, delivering an integrated investment bank offering to clients.

She also held the position of the Global Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley's Research department. Within this role, Cami demonstrated her resourcefulness and tenacity for new challenges, notably when she was asked to head up the department's Street-leading digital transformation program.

Cami joined Morgan Stanley in 2003, working in Sales Trading within the Institutional Equities Division and later held various roles across Distribution and Strategy.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, she worked as a Trader at Bramwell Capital Management from 1997-2001.

Cami earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she serves on the Board of Advisors. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, and traces her deeply rooted competitive spirit to her time as captain of its Division I Women's Basketball team.

Cami, her husband Tim, and their twins, Charlie and Eloise, live in New York.

Jeremiah Denonno headshotJeremiah DeNonno, MBA '14, is an executive director at J.P. Morgan in Global Technology and spearheads strategic initiatives within capacity management. He also serves as the CEO of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School NYC Alumni Chapter since 2012.

Jeremiah has over twenty years of management experience driving strategic platform transformation, product development, risk and controls governance, vendor relations, and client service innovation. He has extensive expertise integrating business technology roadmaps - combining operational strategies with technical solutions that deliver immediate impact across global, enterprise-level organizations.

Jeremiah's career has spanned across several financial institutions. Prior to his current role, he served 7 years at Citigroup overseeing the client technology product and digital transformation offering within the futures and derivatives clearing business. Before joining Citigroup, Jeremiah began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., spending 13 years managing the prime clearing business's product development and strategy.

Jeremiah earned his MBA in 2014 from UNC Kenan-Flagler as part of the MBA@UNC program and received his bachelor's degree in 2004 from Pennsylvania State University.

He and his wife, Kathryn, reside in NYC.
