2024 Womack Meeting, Research Day, and Tour of the New Surgical Hospital

On May 3^rd and 4^th, the Department of Surgery invites you to join us in Chapel Hill for the 2024 Womack Meeting, Resident Research Day, and Tour of the New Surgical Hospital. As part of this event, we will be offering tours of our new 375,000 sq ft North Carolina Surgical Hospital. The new facility includes 26 state of the art Operating rooms and 80 beds for Surgical Trauma Critical Care and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Critical Care services. While we hope you can join us for the entire event, please know that your attendance at any portion of the weekend is welcomed.
