OYSTER-RIFIC: An Online Happy Hour Celebrating North Carolina Oysters and Benefitting the UNC Institute of Marine Sciences

Join us for an online celebration of North Carolina oysters! Together, we'll prepare two types of oyster appetizers and learn about suitable wine pairings. You'll hear from Institute of Marine Science faculty who will share the unique research we are doing to protect and enhance North Carolina's oyster industry. There will be live music, oyster art, and some unique oyster-themed drawing prizes. Make plans to spend an hour with us on Friday, March 26th from 6pm - 7pm -- it's going to be Oyster-rific!

Please note: The $100 ticket can be used by multiple people who may share the 18 oysters and bottle of wine among themselves.
