The UNC World View Richardson Lecture is an annual community event that features a notable speaker. It honors Richard J. Richardson, former Provost of UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Richardson helped found UNC World View in 1998 alongside Dr. James Peacock and World View Director Emeritus Robert Phay. Historically, admission price has been exclusively used to fund scholarships for North Carolina teachers to pursue global education professional development at UNC World View programs. Given the unique circumstances of COVID-19 and the importance of Dr. Cohen's work, admission to the 2020 Richardson Lecture is free. Donations will be accepted and donors will be honored with a follow up thank you email.
