Program Description
Carolina Annual Giving SMS provides updates, reminders, and opportunities to support The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill through text messaging. Messages may include:
- Fundraising appeals (e.g., GiveUNC, Pantry Bowl, student support initiatives)
- Campaign reminders and updates
- Event invitations and engagement opportunities
Sample Messages
Sample #1: “Hey <contact name>, this is <agent name> with UNC-Chapel Hill! A gift of just $10 can make a difference. Can we count on you? https://giving.unc.edu/”
Sample #2: “Hey <contact name>, this is <agent name> with UNC-Chapel Hill! We are kicking off the annual Pantry Bowl Challenge to raise money for our on-campus food pantries! Will you join us this upcoming (date)?”
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, but you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
