The Story of Us: LGBTQ Life at Carolina from the 1950’s to Today

Join us for stories from “The Story of Us” oral history and the performance piece it inspired. Hooper Shultz (BA 2014, Ph.D. candidate) who led the oral history project, will talk with director and dramaturg Joseph Megel and Elisabeth Lewis Corley as well as some of the alumni storytellers and talented actors who portrayed them in the performance last spring. The evening will feature true stories of UNC alumni from the 1950s through today, and the actor interpretations they inspired.
